Day 3 Seeds
Great Gardens in Small Spaces
Gardens don't just 'happen', they are designed
for a purpose. A garden may be planted for production of some fresh food, it could be a place set aside for meaning and healing. It may offer a feast for the belly and the eyes, as well as relaxation for the spirit. It all depends upon how it is designed and prepared.
The Great Gardens in Small Spaces class series helps one better understand and then design a personal garden space, or even help a group design something larger for a community or group. The concepts, ideas, suggestions are meant to help all of us better understand the importance of 'gardens' and 'gardening' in mankind's history of nutrition, health, and
Day 3 Seeds announces a series of gardening classes, to be held at 303 Place in Charleston, Mo., with the purpose of helping those who desire to have their own garden for the benefit of some fresh and nutritious food for their family. Such a garden can be a great way to provide even more than a few tomatoes or green beans, it can be a place of learning, sharing, and relaxation.
Enrollment is necessary to participate in the 6 classes, held on Saturdays. Classes begin a 10am, and end around 2pm with a lunch included with each class.
